Every triangle-shaped lithium battery pack for electric bicycles undergoes strict 100% outgoing inspection in our factory before shipment, to guarantee stable performance and riding safety.
First, technicians carry out appearance and structure checks. They examine the triangular shell for scratches, cracks and sealing defects, verify wiring terminals and connectors, and confirm neat internal cell arrangement and reliable welding spots.
Next comes core electrical testing. We test open-circuit voltage, actual capacity, internal resistance and charge-discharge consistency. The built-in BMS protection system is fully validated, including over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature protection functions. We run continuous discharge simulation to record temperature changes under rated load.
After electrical tests, sampling batches go through aging, vibration and waterproof tests to simulate real road conditions. Only packs with stable data and no abnormal heating pass. All qualified units are marked with serial numbers for traceability, and test reports are filed.
Unqualified products will be sent back for rework immediately. This rigorous outgoing testing system helps our triangle e-bike batteries deliver consistent power, longer cycle life and lower failure rates for global e-bike users.
