Safety and reliability are the top priorities for electric bicycle lithium batteries. Every battery produced in our factory goes through multi-stage strict tests before delivery, complying with international safety standards.
First, raw lithium cells are screened strictly. We test capacity, internal resistance and voltage consistency to eliminate defective cells and match cells with identical performance for pack assembly. After welding and packaging, each finished pack undergoes electrical tests, including capacity calibration, overcharge, over-discharge, over-current and short-circuit protection. The BMS is fully verified to cut off power timely under abnormal conditions.
Next come mechanical and environmental tests. Vibration, shock and drop tests simulate bumpy rides and rough handling. Thermal cycling tests expose batteries to high and low temperatures to check stability. We also conduct insulation, waterproof and extrusion tests. Abuse tests such as nail penetration are sampled to evaluate thermal runaway risks.
All test data is recorded and traceable. Any battery failing a single test will be rejected. By implementing full-process quality control, we guarantee stable output and safe operation of e-bike batteries, delivering trustworthy power solutions for global customers.
